A group of dialysis nurses petitioned the Administrative Court to revoke the Ministry

Ms. Pirawan Srimai, a representative of the affected nurses, revealed that these nurses had undergone hemodialysis training and passed the specialist registration exam from the Thai Kidney Association, but they were unable to continue working legally because the new announcement required nurses to obtain a specialist medical license, which the Nursing Council did not certify the curriculum that the nurses had studied, even though it was a government curriculum that had been used continuously for decades.
